Lucy will be joining the Nurture Osteo Team starting
this coming Monday, 21st September Lucy achieved her Master of Osteopathy qualification with Distinction from Health Sciences University and brings expert hands-on care. Whether you are dealing with acute injuries, chronic tension, or everyday aches and pains, Lucy focuses on getting you out of pain while supporting long-lasting recovery. Her therapeutic technique combines gentle joint release and targeted muscle work with clear exercise advice. Supported by an extensive background in people-focused care, she takes the time to listen to your goals and help you feel genuinely heard and supported.
Appointment times: Mon - 3-8pm
Thurs - 3-8pm
Saturday- 9-2pm
Emma's daytime appointment slots work nicely for new mums and their babies while Jainaba is our dry needling specialist. Available as a standalone treatment or integrated into your osteopathy session, dry needling is an effective for muscle pain, tension, and tendon issues.
