How can osteopathy help me?
Many people think of osteopathy as a treatment for back and muscle pain.
In fact osteopathy can help you with many other issues too:
-
Supporting your health
-
Improving movement
-
Improving posture, circulation, digestion
-
Helping you manages stress
-
Restoring your ability to relax
Osteopathy is a gentle and effective hands-on approach to health that uses touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage to relieve muscle tension, improve the blood supply to nerves and tissues and increase mobility of the joints.
It is a whole-body approach that can have a positive effect on pain, general health and regulation of the nervous system.
